We Need Cleaners-Desoto County & Surrounding Areas!!!!

We are a cleaning company in need of help with our overflow work.
We need:
Independent contractors for residential and commercial cleaning. Independent contractors are not employees. They work according to their availability.
Job Details:
✔Flexible schedule
✔Competitive pay
✔Currently, jobs are on an as needed basis (can’t promise work)
✔No weekends or holidays required
Job Requirements:
✔Likes to clean (cleaning experience required)
✔Hard working and reliable
✔Likes making customers happy
✔Have availability Monday through Friday between 8am-5pm
✔Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
✔Comfortable working in homes with pets that are secured
Important Criteria:
✔Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
✔Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check
✔Must sign Independent Contractor Agreement (Please don’t apply if you are not willing to sign an independent contractor agreement)
✔Must have reliable transportation to and from client homes or business
✔Must HAVE CLEANING SUPPLIES AND tools such as vacuum, broom, mop and mop bucket
✔Must purchase general liability insurance
Compensation:
Pays 25-50 percent of each job. For the first cleaning you will be paid upon completing the job then on Fridays thereafter.
***Again, must have cleaning experience, your own cleaning supplies and tools, willing to submit to background check and purchase your general liability insurance. General liability insurance can be purchased with Thimble or Hiscox.
